Making Projects Feasible
2 HSW Credit Hours
Generally, Architects that provide traditional design services assume the client, particularly, developers, have already determined that the project is feasible. They’ve done the numbers and have assessed the market. But, that’s not always the case. If you want to increase the probability that a commission will be for complete services, from concept development through construction administration, it would be useful that you have the ability to check your clients thinking. The goal of this course is to provide some insights into how clients go about assessing a project’s feasibility. It looks at what factors they consider important in making the “GO” decision. The course utilized several case studies, providing real-world examples of projects in the feasibility assessment process.
