One of the primary reasons Architects become Real Estate Developers, other than the potential to make a lot of money, is control. Architects want their designs to be executed as they envision. For an Architect to be a successful Real Estate Developer, there is a need for them to have an understanding of ALL aspects of the development process. They’ll need to be more than the project designer. They’ll need and go beyond their traditional role in the development process. This course explores the various perspectives the Architect will need to consider in order to become an Architect/Developer.
