This course presents two case studies. Each of the projects had sites that offered a unique challenge. And, in each case, the Architect’s knowledge of the potential customers would have a significant impact on the design solution. The Architect was convinced that both of his client’s preconceived solutions did not align with current customer preferences. This course will recount the process of how the Architect addressed the basic site parameters to ensure the design was workable but, more importantly, the course will focus on how the Architect was able to convince his client of the importance of aligning the design with the target customer requirements.
