This course explores the interplay between an Architects Design Concept and the Developer’s Pro-Forma. The Architect will learn that the Concept / Pro-Forma interplay is driven by four “Feasibility factors”; the project’s Parameters, the source and terms of Funding, the current and future state of the Market and the applicable Regulations. We will take an in-depth look at how to formulate the Design Concept to provide the Developer with a feasible project.
