Feasibility-an Iterative Process

This course will delineate the iterative process a Developer Client uses to make his financial projections and how these projections can impact an Architect’s design. To be feasible, a project must meet several conditions; it must conform to the applicable zoning requirements, it must respond to market demand, and it needs to be built on schedule and on budget. These conditions, as well as others, contribute to the Developer Client’s primary measure of Feasibility- Financial Viability.
